session structure and cost

Initial contact with me will be via email. Drop me a line and let me know the services you're looking for at walkingforwardact@outlook.com

After email contact, I'll set up a free 15-minute phone or video call so we can get to know each other and check the services I offer will be right for you.

If it seems like we will be a good fit for each other, we'll agree on a time and place for our first in-person session, in one of Canberra's beautiful outdoor spaces. In person sessions are generally 60 minutes, but can be lengthened, on request. 

All sessions are $140 per hour. 

Here are a few of my standard session offerings, but we can also tailor a session to your needs if these don't work for you. Just send me an email and let me know what you're looking for.

Talk about what's happening in your life while taking a stroll through one of Canberra's beautiful nature reserves.

I generally run sessions in Mt Majura nature reserve, but have some flexibility if this location doesn't work for you.

lunch outdoors

 

Escape your desk, take your lunch outside and discuss the issues that are important in your life right now.

pilates in the park

 

Relax, reset and develop mind-body connection with a short park pilates session, followed by a seated or walking counselling session. 

I generally run sessions at the Dickson Playing Fields, but have some flexibility if this location doesn't work for you.
